Hadrien and Sara, often referred to as “the twins,” opened Bar Nouveau in Paris with Remy in 2023. which was quickly recognized on the World’s 50 Best Bars list.​ Both are influential figures in the Parisian cocktail scene, renowned for their innovative approach to mixology and bar culture. Hadrien is celebrated for his experimental techniques, particularly his focus on olfactory elements in cocktails. Sara is known for her exceptional mixology skills, founded at some of the world’s most renowned bars, including Little Red Door and The Artesian.

Harrison Kenney gained international recognition after winning the 2022 Patrón Perfectionist cocktail competition. His innovative work at Bar Planet and Cantina OK! contributed to both bars being featured on the World’s 50 Best Bars list. He joined the Drink More Art team in 2024 in London and has since taken on the management of Bar Nouveau.
